Shaheed Edwards
Shaheed Edwards is the founder of QMD, with years of hands-on experience in construction gained from working directly on job sites across Jamaica. He has been involved in the day-to-day realities of building and renovation, learning the trade from the ground up by doing the work, not just overseeing it. That time on site shaped how he approaches projects: practical decision-making, solid workmanship, and a focus on results that hold up over time.
Over the years, Shaheed has worked across multiple phases of construction, from early structural stages through to finishing details, which gives him a clear sense of how each step affects the next. He pays attention to the small things that can cause bigger problems later, and he’s big on doing it properly the first time rather than cutting corners and patching issues after.
